My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, perfect for our arrival by bus and close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms, however, were not up to par, being modest like a Motel 6 in the USA, and unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue due to the club noise. The dining areas were huge and well managed, offering plenty of free options throughout the day, but finding a clean spot to sit was a challenge. Nonetheless, after a long day of sightseeing in the Ancient City, it was a welcomed respite.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its breathtaking view overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The rooms were nicely furnished and impeccably clean, although some areas seemed a bit worn out. The service was friendly and attentive, although some staff members could benefit from more training. The location was superb, right on the Sea of Galilee, perfect for relaxing walks. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The facilities were adequate, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
